Turning Tides Speech Therapy is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to our team! This full-time role, beginning around June 1st, is perfect for a clinician who is ready to step into leadership while continuing to do the meaningful, hands-on work they love.

We provide in-home and private school-based therapy with a strong focus on speech, feeding, and orofacial myofunctional disorders, and we’re looking for someone who brings both clinical excellence and a heart for mentoring and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and Florida license (or eligibility)

  • CCCs are Required

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to receive it)

  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check

  • Reliable transportation, auto & liability insurance

  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

  • Passion for whole-child care

  • Strong Leadership Skills

Graduate Student Internship – Speech-Language Pathology

We’re excited to welcome a graduate student intern to join us for Fall of 2026! Our clinical placement will count toward your medical and/or pediatric hours.

You’ll receive hands-on experience, 1:1 mentorship, and the opportunity to work closely with families in real-world settings. We value collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to treating the whole child.

What You'll Gain:

  • 1:1 extensive training in myofunctional therapy (we know you don’t have experience yet and that’s okay!)

  • Direct experience with speech, feeding, and myofunctional therapy

  • Personalized mentorship in a low-caseload environment
